I upgraded my computer from windows 98 to 2000 and now have no sound. I need to upgrade my sound driver but have not had any luck in finding how to. I searched microsoft.com and hp.com. I have a hewlett packard 8655C computer. Can anyone help me out

Who made your sound card? Or is it built into the motherobard?

I had similar problem. I went to Windows Update and found
some new drivers, downloaded and it worked fine.
