I recently upgraded my Windows 98 Sys, to WinXP, and in
the process, I lost all of my Outlook Express
info,including Subfolders,that I had created for
different catagories, any idea if I can find them or are
they lost forever...Thank's, Wayne Sarafin.

The same thing just happened to me. Everything else
upgraded perfectly except for all my Outlook Express
downloaded, including all my sub folders.

I tried the Wizard but it seems to be for when you
transfer data from one computer to another and all I did
was upgrade to XP on the same computer. HELP!!!

Please help further. Does data have to be put on a cd
first? What if I didn't before loading XP?

Please explain further for I can only find info related
to moving data from one computer to another. My
situation is upgrading from Win 98 2nd Edition to Win
XP. No mail or folders transfered. Everything else
seems to work fine.

Also, if one has Norton AV previous to 2002 it will not
work on XP. You have to buy a new Subscription. I had
to delete my old NAV and then reboot my NAV 2002 to get
it to work. Also my Norton Utilities 2001 will not work
on XP.
