upgrade from win2k to win2k server

Is it possible to upgrade from win2k pro to win2k server
without reformating our hard driver?
 
There is no upgrade path. You will have to do a fresh install but you don't
have to necessarily format the hard drive. I would get all the data off of
the machine you want and reformat just to make it all nice and clean but you
don't have to.
