upgrade from vista home basic to business

Hello,

I got a pre installed version of Vista home Basic. Now i just purchased an
upgrade disc to Business. I cannot do the upgrade, the computer tells me that
i need to get e newer version. what do i need to do. hope someone can help me
out

Does the Windows Vista Business DVD disc state that it includes Service Pack
