upgrade from outlook2000 to 2003 shortcuts disapear

i upgraded from outlook2000 to 2003 and all my shortcuts disapeared.did i do
anything wrong?
 
No, but the shortcuts in the Outlook Bar are gone because the Outlok Bar has
been dropped in Outlook 2003 and have been replaced by the Navigation Pane.
