Upgrade From Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003

I am upgrading from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 on the same machine. Is there a way to transfer all of the emails, contacts and calendar items from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 on the same machine? Thanx .
