Upgrade from Basic to Premium

I would like to upgrade from Windows Basic to Windows Premium and woul like
to know which would be better to get the anytime upgrade or go to the store
and get the upgrade? Thanks ahead for any help.

My opinion: if the price is the same, go to the store. You'll get
distribution media, making any reinstall later a simpler process.

You'll get more and better guidance if you ask in a discussion group for
Vista (I'm assuming you're using Vista). Here's how to find one:

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the
