Upgrade from an 8500LE to 9600 Pro.

Is it worth upgrading from an 8500le card to a 9600Pro?
I am running a PIII = 1.0Ghz with 512Mb of Ram and notice in games like NHL
2004 and BF 1942 there is some jerkiness/stuttering of the action.
Would upgrading the video card solve this issue or would it be better to
upgrade the mobo and the processor?

You defnitely need a whole system upgrade. You might see some performance
increase with the 9600 pro, but you are severly bottlenecked by the P3.
 
If anything at least it is a DX 9 card....
