Most of the big online and store-based software vendors should have an upgrade version. To buy through MS, start here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101211561033.aspx If you're offered the chance to purchase installation media, TAKE IT. If you're not offered the chance, frankly, I'd back out and buy elsewhere. Buying Office w/o a CD to install it from is like betting on horse races. Some people win over time. Most of us lose.
