Hi, I have settings to automatically detect upgrades and
the microsoft spyware program is set to automatically run
in the middle of the night. I keep getting an update
notice every morning, but then when I try to update, it
tells me the systems administrator does not permit these
changes. I AM THE SYSTEM ADMIN....so what settings to I
need to change to allow the newest update to
install?..thanks!

The current Beta 1 release of MSAS does not run as a system service, but
just as a process in user mode. So if you want the MSAS to perform the
defined tasks, you have to be logged on using account with administrative
rights.

Besides - what is the MSAS version you use? If earlier than 1.0.615 - then
update it.
