Upgrade a deployed XPe SP2 to XPe SP3

Is it possible to upgrade a deployed XPe SP2 to XPe SP3?
I read that there may be a 3rd party "Diff" program that would allow for the
comparison of the deployed image with a SP3 image.

Can anyone help me determine if this is possible?

IDiff can be used to upgrade an image. It was used to go from SP1 to SP2.
