Upgrade 98 to 2000?

I have a '98 pc that I'd like to load 2000 on. I don't have a 2000 upgrade
though, I have the full version. How can I go about loading it and
maintaining all the programs that are already installed?

Simply start the installation of Win2K from within Win98. You'll
be offered the option of performing an upgrade.
