Upgrade : 9700Pro > Asus 9800XT

I just installed an Asus 9800XT after having a ATI 9700Pro. My 3DMark 2001
scores went from 17,000 to 12,000+.
Is there any program that will remove all the ATI software / drivers so I
can do a clean install of the Asus stuff or is it format
and re-install time ? Thanks !
