Upgrade 2kAS cluster to 2k3 cluster?

I am not seeing any MSKB articles that cover upgrading an
existing 2 node w2kAS cluster to a w2k3 cluster. Has
anyone done this? If so, what where the steps?

This is a fully supported upgrade path and should work just fine as long as
the new cluster hardware is certified for Windows 2003 as a cluster.
