upgarde from win 98 FP to FP 2003 - possible?

Is it possible to use the win 98 disk as the requirment for FP
previous version, when buying and installing the FP 2003 upgrade?
 
FP2003 is not supported on Win 98 (Win 2000 / Win XP or higher required)
If you mean the FP98 CD, yes

No, you can not use the Win 98 CD. If you have a FP 98 CD, you can use
that.
