Updating Website

My website is hosted by Godaddy and I use FP2000
When I make changes to my website in FP and then Publish Web it is updated
right away when I go to www.meowsette.com (my website) But if I go to
meowsette.com (leaving off the www) it is not updated and sometimes takes
days before it is.
Has anyone had this happen, and is there anything I can do about it? Or is
this a question for Godaddy?
