What do you mean "Update It"? the list is automatically updated each time you
use a file, and remains until you delete the list, then is restarted all over
again. AFAIK, there is not way to go in and edit the file.

You can edit the Registry entries, but that is not normally recommended.
Better to use Steve's little macro.

Thanks, to me, that is just like visiting my doctor. I just don't go there.
unless you edit the registry.
