Updating site from 2 different laptops

Hi, I have a customer who now updates his own site and wants to be able to do
this from both his laptops. So I installed FP2002 (same on both) and he did
an update, and it says it was successful. But when viewing site, no changes
show up. The strange thing is that when you look at the side of the publish
window that draws from the web (the right side window) it shows the images
are there. I have refreshed and tried from my pc as well. But nothing shows
up. I have changed pages for the customer before from my machine with
updating a page and it works. Both machines are Windows XP with SP2. My host
has FP server extensions but this site does not use them.
 
Have him publish (1st time use all files) from the online site in FP to both machines
