Updating multiple Calenders\Meeting requests

Exchange2K on Win2K domain - Office2000 considering
OfficeXP & Office2003

Does anyone know how or if this can be done:
A Director wants to be able to
a) send out a meeting request to UserA and when that user
accepts - UserA personal Calender + UserA team's Calender
+ Managers Calender of which he is a member will
automatically be updated with his meeting attendance.

b)Director updates his own personal Calender with a
holiday period and automatically all Calenders he is a
member of ie Directors, Managers and His team are updated
to show him away for that period.

Or does anyone have any ideas how to do this more
intelligently?
