Updating multiple Calenders\Meeting requests

Exchange2K on Win2K domain - Office2000 considering
OfficeXP & Office2003

Does anyone know how or if this can be done:
A Director wants to be able to
a) send out a meeting request to UserA and when that user
accepts - UserA personal Calender + UserA team's Calender
+ Managers Calender of which he is a member will
automatically be updated with his meeting attendance.

b)Director updates his own personal Calender with a
holiday period and automatically all Calenders he is a
member of ie Directors, Managers and His team are updated
to show him away for that period.

Or does anyone have any ideas how to do this more
intelligently?

Basically, what you're describing is the synchronization of multiple calendars. This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for possible solutions.
