A
angie
I posted this question in the General Outlook thread (and of course received
no reply) about a week ago; I hope it's not completely inappropriate to
repost it now that I found the right thread.
I have a few questions about calendars and using Publish to Internet in
Outlook 2007. I have one calendar that is private and is shared by me and two
other coworkers.
If I make changes to the calendar, do I have to re-publish it or does it
somehow magically update itself?
I set my coworkers up with Live passwords, sent them invitations to my
calendar and downloaded the calendar to both of their comptuers. Then I made
a change the other day and when it didn't appear on my coworkers' computers,
I published it again and then waited a day to see if it appeared, which it
didn't. Is there something they're supposed to do to "download" my calendar?
I thought it was supposed to happen automatically on their end.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
