Updating contacts in Outlook

I want to send a contact card to each individual in my address book for each
to fill out and return to me updating addresses, phone numbers, alternate
email addresses, birthdays, etc. Is there an existing form in Outlook that I
can send to each contact and have them fill out & update then returned to me
and it will automatically upload back in my address contact book with out me
having to manually transfer? I am eager to learn but am getting frustrated in
the amount of time in doing these different projects. Wondering if it is
worth time, maybe do it the old fashion way. One name at a time?

No. but there may be contact entry tools that can help. See
