We recently were given new email addresses. I was asked to send v cards to
our employees so they can update their contacts. But, they already have the
same contacts - just a new email address so when trying to add, they get the
dialog box - This is already a contact, do you wish to update or add as new
contact anyway?
I know what happens when they click on "add as new contact" so they will now
have the same person with two different email addresses.
My question is - when they choose the option "update" - the new email goes
to Email 2 when I want it to go in Email 1 and also to delete or override
thte old email address. How is this accomplished? or if this is to happen,
will they need to add as a "new contact" and then just have them delete the
old one? It just seems that there has to be a better way.
