Updating clients with no direct internet access

I have a couple of pc's with no direct internet access.....

Is it possible to get download an xp security patch copy it on to a pen
drive and then install it on the pc with no internet access.... if yes can
someone point me in the right direction.... I been look but with no success

Yes, of course it is possible.

How to download updates from the Windows Update Catalog or from the
Microsoft Update Catalog:

Store Windows Updates locally for subsequent installations -
