Hello,
I currently have a database in excel that only I update on a daily basis. I am in this spreadsheet basically all day. Many co-workers access this spreadsheet during the day. As they do this they get a message saying open as read only, all very basic. So they open this file as read only, my problem comes when I update the spreadsheet and they are in it as read only, they do not see the changes unless they close and re-open the file. Any ideas on how I could solve my problem. I was thinking of adding a command button that would "refresh" the spreadsheet, not sure if this is possible. Maybe I am going at this all wrong and should be using some other method. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
