updates

I am a fairly new user. I found out how to get updates
for my window's. But some of the things i got I have to
clue what they are even for. For example. I download
something called NVIDIA. Can you please tell me what this
program is used for so I know if I even need it?

Probably a new driver for your NVIDIA Display Adapter. Nothing wrong with
that. That is why they are called updates.
