Please can someone help me
I have windows vista home basic & for about 6 week,s now i,ve had a problem with an update KB956390 code 80070490 it say,s windows update encountered an unknown error it will update everything else but this. I have searched & searched & cannot find a solution to this problem, so i desperatly need HELLLLPP

Tnx 4 ur reply i have tried wat u sed but it still wont download, although the site u suggested is very good & i have saved it 4 future refrence but i am still non the wiser as to how 2 resolve this dwnld.
