When Java and Adobe are trying to update I'm getting an error message that
says, " unable to establish internet connection". At the time that I receive
this message I'm all ready connected. How can I resolve the problem????

I have turned my firewall off and it still does it. Unless I'm missing
something somewhere, and it's still blocking it. I don't think I am though.

Download the installation packages for offline and install.

1. How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

Due to recent enhancements with the Flash Player installers, you are now only able to
uninstall by using the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller

2. Then get Flash here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
