Updates

When I try download the latest updates, I get the
message "Warning could not connect to Internet". This
should not be a problem, my PC is connected to a Cable
Modem.
Any ideas why this would happen?

Is this permanent, or does it end up working if you try again?

Do you have any settings in control panel "Internet Settings", tab
"Connections", button "LAN Settings"?
