if there is any one that anyone can send me a site that i
can download the updates for antispyware beta 1 i would be
very happy. is so send it to (e-mail address removed)

What if my computer is so screwed up, I can't access the
internet? Can I download the updates on another computer
and transfer them to mine?
 
Go to start/run, and type %SystemRoot%\system32\wupdmgr.exe Click link on the menu item for Catalog
 
The binary at the download site is updated fairly regularly with current
definitions. The definition version included with the download is called
out in the text on the download page--so you can see what version you are
getting.

Currently, the download is on 5685, which is two versions behind what is
available, unfortunately.
 
According to this site http://tinyurl.com/3jpux , the
latest update is 5689 issued on 2/12, but the MSAS full
download only includes the signature current on 1/27.

Your numbers are correct, but this is the only such update mechanism
available at present.
