Updates won't work

Connected ok after installation but won't now. Netgear
wireless router set to allow traffic through ports 80 and
443 per instructions. Any ideas?

Took me about 40 attempts and then it connected. It's not
something on your end. Looks to be the server it's trying
to connect to on the back end. Keep trying and eventually
it will connect.
