updates without net working

Can anyone tell me how to get the updates for a pc that is
not accessing the net right now due to spyware, ie a
download so that I can copy the files over on a usb drive
to update the sick pc

You cannot sorry. Check the "microsoft.private.security.spyware.signatures"
for informarion about backing signatures.
