updates and msconfig

Hi,

I have two problems. I am trying to get msconfig to come
up but when I go to run and then msconfig nothing
happens, Is there somewhere else I can find it.
Second when I do updates from this website most of them
dont go because they say they havent passed windows logo
testing and something else about the
cryptographic..Please help...Thanks

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Try this to:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.

I am having a similar problem, in that I get the "haven't
passsed windows logo testing," etc. whenever I try to
install ANY microsoft download, e.g. DirectX, Ms security
patches, etc. So if you get a response about this would
