UPDATEREG

I keep on getting the following error message.
"Cannot import c:\windows\temp\updatereg: Error opening
file. There may be a disk or file system error"
I've been trying to find a solution but I have not been
successful, anyone has heard of this happening ? The
operating system of the PC is Windows 2000.
I did a search for that file and found updatereg.reg
under ProgramFiles/LocalSettings/.../,
Edited the file and this is the contents of the file

Try to find out what application it is associated with and you may want to try and
reinstall it or remove it if it is not needed. If you are not sure what application
try using autoruns from SysInternals and selectively disable the startup until the
error goes away. --- Steve
