Definitions were just rev'ed to 5705--in previous times, server issues have
resulted in this message, so please retry. IE or OE being set to work
offline will generate this message.
However, in the end, I don't have a solid fix for the vast majority of
complaints of this issue. One user reported that an uninstall/reinstall
fixed this for them. May have been coincidence.
