Updater not opening on HTC P6500 wm6.1

A customer informed us that the well known Updater not oppening on HTC
P6500 wm6.1

It's working perfeclty on HTC P6500 wm6.0 but when he try to use it on
the HTC P6500 wm6.1 the Updater try to open (he see the windows mobile
cursor) but nothing happens!

It is something with the wm6.1, it is not compatible with wm6.0?
Or
it has to do with the HTC P6500 upgrade from the wm6.0 to the wm6.1?

any experience or any thoughts are welcome

"Updater" is not a standard thing. You have to tell us where you got it for
us to guess what might be wrong with it!

as you can download the source code and use it as it is, you can name
it a little standard :)

The fact is that we have install it on all windows mobile versions up
to 6.0 and is working perfectly.

The question is why the Updater try to open on HTC P6500 wm6.1 (we can
see the windows mobile
cursor) but nothing happens?

It is something with the wm6.1, it is not compatible with wm6.0?
Or
it has to do with the HTC P6500 upgrade from the wm6.0 to the wm6.1?

Download it from WHERE?!?! You called it "well know Updater" in your first
message. Assume that it's NOT well-known and tell us what you mean.
