I have the situation that we have diarys held on ms exchange 5.5 running on
NT 4.

Its read by clients running outlook xp and 2003.

The dairy is read by user via a public folder in outlook and they only have
reviewer rights in exchange but they can export there diarys.(File, Import
and Export... , Export To File ) How can I stop this so they can not email
there dairys?

Please Help
Many Thanks

Carl

You can disable any menu or toolbar command using a group policy. Note,
though, that won't stop them from copying the data into a Personal Folders
..pst file. There is a DisablePST registry entry that you can use in a policy
as well; the MSKB has an article or two about it.

And it won't stop a truly determined user from writing a little script to
export the data.
