updated Outlook, still get error 0x8004060C

When I enter Outlook it starts send and receive, then I get unknown error
0x8004060C.

There is an e-mail in outbox that says 1GB but I can't delete it. When I
try too I get a message stating "The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If problem persist restart Outlook. (Tried, didn't work)

Looked in MicroSoft.com was told to update Office. Did and still get
message. What can I do now?

Click FIle>Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. You should be able to
delete the message. Other methods found here:
