Updated ifmember.exe

I am having problems running ifmember.exe through logon
scripts. Most of the time it works great. However, there
are some users who have problems with ifmember.exe
failing. I believe the issue is the same as identified in
article 290794. I am running Windows XP on the client
end, but believe this to be the same issue.
I cannot seem to get the updated version through the
Service Pack update, and cannot find it anywhere on
microsoft.com.
There is one place on microsoft.com which claims to have
the newer version,
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools
/new/ifmember-o.asp but the actual file downloaded
contains a setup with the old version. It lists the
download size as 1.16mb, but the download comes in at
around 117kb. Does anyone know where I can find the
updated version?

Unfortunately, the ifmember program doesn't contain file version info,
but here are the files sizes for the various releases.

ifmember from NT4 Reskit <-- 8,192 bytes
ifmember from 2000 Reskit <-- 5,392 bytes
ifmember from 2003 Reskit <-- 5,632 bytes

I downloaded the 2003 version a while back after Simon Sheppard posted a
