Update web photos/RSS Feed viewing on kiosk

I put together a looping kios for the entrance where I work. I would like to
include weather info on the kiosk. I inserted a pic from a local radar
source that refreshes every five minutes. Once i drop it in PPT, it does not
refresh. How do you keep it fresh? I would also like to include current
weather info on the kiosk. Weather Channel has RSS feeds to grab. How would
you put that on the kiosk and keep it refreshing to the new info? Any
ideas????
