Update VGA bios

HELP: During update the bios on a VGA card GeForce4 440-MX (code MX480E)
something went wrong....The PC doesnt beep but it doesnt start also. Any
help please

You have crippled your card, get a new one and next time leave it be.
 
Using a PCI card to boot-up and then flashing your AGP card back with
backuped BIOS should be enought.

(I've just heard it is possible, never tried)

yes, I've done this several times and it is the best attempt
at resolution, particularly if the video card has a
soldered-on EEPROM as so many of them do these days.

One important detail might be that (depending on the
motherboard bios defaults) the OP might need remove the AGP
card first, installing only the PCI, then set "PCI" as the
primary display adapter in the bios, so that when both cards
are installed there'll be a working output to the monitor.
