update resume

I am new to Microsoft Word 2003 . And my Question is. How do I install a new
work history into my already made resume that I have on file.
 
The résumé templates in Word are set up as tables. It is helpful to display
the table gridlines (Table | Show Gridlines) so that you can see what is
going on. Then add a new row where you want an additional job.
