The data store is missing required information or has a reference to
missing license terms, file, localized property or linked row.
This can happen with EULAs, files, and/or localized properties
referenced by an update.
Suggest you try renaming the datastore and see if that resolves the issue.
NOTE: Renaming the datastore will erase the History shown on the update
sites.
Show hidden files, folders, and system files:

Click Start > Run > type in or copy&paste the below into the Run line
and then click OK or press Enter
net stop wuauserv
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to
WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore
REname DataStore.edb by *right* clicking it and choose Rename.
Rename it to DataStore.old
Back to Start > Run >
net start wuauserv
Click OK or press Enter
Try updating to see if it works now.
