Hello:
Does any script or CLI tools that can help to update the remote
workstation's registry? I have a case that I need to update about 1000 PC.

Thanks a lot!

REG.EXE springs to mind; from Support Tools in NT5.0, on-board in
NT5.1+.

Hi Alan,

if you are in charge of 1000 PCs, I think you should own a
software distribution tool like Microsoft SMS. So the update of
the reg key will be done at startup for every machine
automatically.

On the other hand, you can do it "by hand" and update the
registry with "REG.EXE" for every machine and maintain a list of
all computers you noticed to be offline.

Thanks for all to give me the solution. It was quite useful for write a
Batch to perform the update.

Thanks a lot!
