Update p problem

Dear all

I have a great problem, Mr BOSS, she don't like us to
access her computer(WINXP). One day, she find that she
need to have windows update. She always out-of-office.
The Only way is give us her account to like us update.
However, she won't. She only let us to open an account on
her. What can I do? POWER USER, NETWORK OPERATOR & ETC
cannot use update function!!!!

Each week, send your boss an email, gently reminding her
that updates are not taking place because she, as the only
person who can allow them, isn't downloading them.

Wait for the next Blaster worm or whatever to take down
your system.

Submit copies of the emails to your boss's boss and any
other interested parties.

Sit back and smile with satisfaction. There is a god.

You can not update without Administrator access.
She must do it.
She can also set it to be done automatically.
Right click My Computer, click Properties.
Click Automatic Update.
Check as desired.

Littlebear, tell your boss she should read some of these

posts.They all advise you that can't be done without
Administrator Authority. It may be possible that she has
no control over who is granted Administrator Authority.
It may be company policy and she has no options. This is
true for a lot of companies and many State Agencies.
