update outlook express from within Outlook contact list

I use both Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express and want
to be able to add and/or make changes in one application
and have the changes/additions reflected in the other
application.

Is that possible? In other words, I would like Outlook
express to be updated when changes are made in Outlook
and/or have Outlook Express use the contact list in
Microsoft Outlook.
