Update of Vb5 (VisualBasics) & Service Pack 1

I can't play a CD which I received from Golf Manager
Enterprises www.bhgm.com (800-755-2211)email address:
(e-mail address removed), which is the Golf Manager-Gold
Edition CD.

When I insert the CD it will ask me to download the
latest version of Service Pack 1. I think it is already
loaded on my Presario 2100 Notebook. Do you think I need
something else or not? It also says that it needs VB5 to
run this CD successfully - Is this true and how do I do
this? Please advice me on this please.
