update multiple pc's?

Is there a way i can download windows updates once, and
install them on more than one pc?
By putting them on a cd or something

Most updates can be obtained from the
http://microsoft.com/downloads site or
by following the directions in most of the
security bulletins on how to use Windows
Update's Other Options to Personalize WU
so you can access the download functions.
