set the MP3 Tag (Author, Title, Album) recursively by folder.
The utility can check if there is mismatch in ID3TAG and update ID3Tag
V1 and V2.
The utility has functions that can automatically update the tag if
only one of the two tag is present.
I've done it for me because mi Car Stereo read only the tag V1 and
often them was missing.
