Update Link Bug

I'm using Excel 2007. When I open my workbook I get the Security Advisory
about updating links. When I click options, the file path to the link is the
same workbook. How can a workbook update itself?

I have tried searching for a link by using the find function, searching the
entire workbook for "[" in the formulas, I have checked the name manager, and
I have not tables.

Any suggestions?
