Update KB828026

Every morning, I have update KB828026 show up on my computer for Windows Media Player Script Commands. Every morning I install it, then reboot my computer. I'm still getting Windows Updates for this particular update. Is there something wrong with this update?
 
There was a problem with the way Windows Update detected that this patch had
installed successfully and the fix to this should now have been published
and prevent this update being offered again in error.
